Position: Full-Time Editor/Proofreader (Madison) Location: Madison, WI Starts: Next Month Duration: Full-time Status: Full-time Rate: Up to $60K DOE Our Madison area major retail client is looking for a fulltime, onsite Editor/ Proofreader to join their Copy Team. The Editor/Proofer is the one owner over: - Standards: grammar, punctuation, trademark/ registration use - 2-3 yrs background in a comparable editorial/ proofreading role - Expertise to develop, communicate and adhere to standards - Collaborate with cross-department managers to make sure promotions, legal, disclaimers, product details and contact details are accurate - Accuracy: product details and promotions - Expertise to communicate with different teams, ask questions and resolve inconsistencies - Voice consistency across communication channels (catalogs, website, outbound emails, social media, signage) The Editor/Proofer will be working on: - Proofing/ editing omni-channel communications
