Executive Housekeeper, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach DoubleTree Job - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

The Bahia March DoubleTree is seeking an Executive Housekeeper who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Additionally, managing all financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control. What will I be doing? Select, train, supervise, schedule, develop, discipline, conduct performance appraisals, and counsel teammates according to Hilton Worldwide policies and procedures. Coordinate with GM and Chief Engineer in the repair and maintenance program as it relates to guest rooms and public areas. Maintain inventory of guest rooms and housekeeping supplies including all month end inventories. Maintain lost and found log. Purchase all basic cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
