Q2 is seeking a professional Technical Writer to support the product, development, and implementation documentation needs at Q2. We are seeking a qualified individual who thrives in a busy environment, is exceptionally detail-oriented, possesses exceptional communication abilities, is an energetic self-starter, and who works well independently and in a team setting. Essential Job Functions Interviews cross-departmental subject matter experts to gather info for planning and creating technical documentation related to setup and configuration of new features and/or products for internal (Q2) and external customers. Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads technical and UI documentation within the established time frames, keeping documents on schedule. Conducts and/or assists in documentation planning, including preparing plans, defining audience, performing task analysis, recommending deliverable formats, and establishing project schedules.
