Other: Insider Threat Engineering Specialist--Systems Engineer with Security - (Springfield, VA)

Duties may include: -- * Implement the customer's Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise (SAFe) to develop, integrate, operate, and sustain specialized Insider Threat Office Info Technology. * Capture and translate mission and customer functional, performance, and support qualifications; allocate qualifications to systems architecture components; oversee development; and test and validate systems and/or services. * Capture program performance, production, and quality reports and metrics. * Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with plans, policies, standards, infrastructures, and architectures that establish the framework for the management of all Insider Threat Program IT. * Analyze, plan, design, document, assess, and manage the IT enterprise structural framework to align IT systems with the mission, goals, and business processes of the organization. Skills and Background: -- Required * U.S. Citizenship. * Current Top Secret clearance with active SCI access and in-scope SSBI date.
