We are currently looking for a Paralegal in Washington, DC. In the context of civil litigation filed pursuant to the FOIA, coordinate the processing of FOIA requests for info and provide advice and guidance to management and staff regarding disclosure of Departmental records under the FOIA. Work with IPS reviewers to ensure that responsive documents are properly reviewed for release.-- Research and review FOIA requests, clarify issues in requests and evaluate need for further details.
