Job description California Rail Builders is expanding and has an immediate need of Party Chief / Land Surveyor to join our survey team during construction of the California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 4. Critical functions and Responsibilities: Construction staking/calculations As-builts surveys Site controls Performs daily data uploads and downloads. Prepares daily field notes on projects. Topographic surveys Necessary background: Five Years' experience as party chief with heavy construction experience Trimble GPS & Robotic Total Stations Full understanding of practical land surveying procedures and methods AutoCAD or MicroStation experience and Ms office skills LSIT is a plus but not required Valid CA driver's license
