Job overview Role and ResponsibilitiesElectrical Engineer – Work background should cover airports, light rail transit, maintenance facilities, office buildings, university facilities and infrastructure. Design background to include performing electrical load calculations both manually and through computer based simulation software, electrical wiring, electrical power, power transmission and distribution, low-voltage distribution, lighting, communications, sound and video, electronic detention monitoring, etc. · Prepare design documents and produce construction drawings for electrical and instrumentation & control engineering projects.· Demonstrated knowledge and background using master specification documents for the preparation of project specifications.· Background and knowledge of all applicable codes and standards used for the design on electrical systems and controls.· Background and knowledge of permitting electrical projects through federal
