MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR POSITION Title: Maintenance Supervisor Department: Apartment Management Reports to: Apartment Mgmt. Supervisor Interfaces with: Apartment Residents Pay Scale: DOE. Position summary Western Workhorse Management is seeking a property maintenance supervisor with preferably two to four years background in apartment maintenance with the following background and skill set.
