Associate Director - Software Development/IT Architecture - (California, MD)

Essential responsibilities 1. Annual or Quarterly Planning Plan and drive short term sales strategy of products; Analyse market trends and performance and feedback of products, to provide inputs on product-wise revenue targets to product teams; Participate in discussions with Account Managers, account heads during AOP planning; Identify sales opportunities with existing and new accounts across the region; Track performace on a regular basis. Performance Metrics - OB # Revenue # No. of major deals (YoY) - 2. Deal Review and Closure Provide support to sales teams for commercial negotiations with customers; Articulate value of the product/deals to customers and internal teams; Oversee deal signoff and delivery of complex deals; Manage customers during crisis/ escalations and interface with internal teams for resolution.Work with internal stakeholders for assessing deal profitability/margins and pricing discounts; Performance Metrics - Win Ratio -- 3.
