DUTIES: Analyze business need and present business solutions based on analysis. Perform duties consistent with software architecture by strategically planning for software systems, system integration, and communicating with various shareholders. Designs, develops and implements software solutions to meet the business needs following approved development methodologies. Provide technical leadership to fellow developers through technical presentations, coaching and direction. Research, track and understand new web technologies to provide and advise leadership in developing business software applications. Review qualifications to develop and document the application design and create programming specs. Develop internal proprietary software applications, including the implementation of data collections and data transfer systems. Manage, develop, integrate, and implement related application components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration.
