Litigation Medical Malpractice Legal AssistantThe applicant will assist their assigned litigation attorneys and paralegals specializing in medical malpractice by performing complex secretarial and clerical duties requiring knowledge of legal and medical terminology, excellent drafting skills, and background in the retrieval, management and organization of medical records and discovery documents. Demonstrated skill in Microsoft word/Microsoft office and document management systems, fast and accurate transcription skills, and 75 wpm typing are required.
