Business Immigration Paralegal The applicant will serve in the preparation and filing of petitions, nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications. Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with employees and client contacts. Responsible for informing their team of attorneys and senior paralegals of upcoming deadlines specific to their clients immigration cases. Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Employment-based immigration paralegal background is preferred. Strong proficiency with Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system essential.
