Paralegal / Personal Injury Case ManagerThe applicant will provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed as to the progress of their case. Will: Obtain, review and organize damage info. Calculate damages (medical expenses; lost wages; property damage, etc.). Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, etc.. Verify insurance coverage; setup claims. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing info to clients, composing routine correspondence, reading/routing incoming mail.
