Labor and Employment ParalegalThe applicant performs a variety of specific and unique duties, all of which require the application of issue solving abilities to research, review, prepare, and process legal documents related to employment and labor matters. Will serve as an integral member of Labor and Employment Legal team that oversees the Company s compliance with global employment and labor laws and regulations. Serve as Labor and Employment Legal team liaison to Company business unit representatives, 3rd parties, and outside counsel to effectively manage flow and accuracy of info in employment and labor related matters. Coordinate response to subpoenas and requests for info from federal, state and local governmental agencies in collaboration with Labor and Employment Legal teammates. Organize, maintain and supervise document collection for labor and employment matter. Create, disseminate and manage litigation holds.
