Paralegal / Personal Injury Case Manager The applicant will provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed as to the progress of case. Will obtain, review and organize damage info. Calculate damages (medical expenses; lost wages; property damage, etc.). Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, etc. Verify insurance coverage; setup claims. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing info to clients, composing routine correspondence, reading/routing incoming mail. Must have a high-school degree (or equivalent). Should have 3+ years of previous background handling personal injury cases. Background with Needles case management/document management software preferred. Outstanding written/spoken communication expertise and people skills required.
