Family Law Paralegal - (Marietta, GA)

Family Law ParalegalThe applicant will be drafting documents, such as, complaints, answers, motions before the court, and legal response briefs; Submitting documents to the court, distributing copies to the other parties, and indexing documents in the case file; Engaging in Discovery processes, such as, drafting discovery requests and responses, speaking with clients to determine what documents are available, and creating a system for categorizing and organizing all vital case documents. Must have 3+ years of recent background in Family Law.
