The RNFA will be directly assisting the Orthopedic Surgeon on the entire surgical process including, pre-op, circulating, and post-op. The Registered Nurse 1st Assist also will answer questions for patients and their families, and be an active mentor during the whole process. The applicant must possess the RNFA certification and ideally have at least 1 yr of background.
