This not-for-profit acute care hospital has a mission to provide the safest, most effective quality care to patients in the surrounding communities. As Surgical Services Nurse Director, you will join this outstanding organization of 250+ beds awarded as 1 of the top hospitals in the nation to provide the most cost effective, quality outcomes for their patients. This growing health system is looking for a strong Nursing Director to have complete oversight of the surgical service lines at 2 separate hospitals. The Clinical Nurse Director Perioperative Services will have the opportunity to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve the Surgical Service Line. The Nurse Leader will be able to use their own ideas and leadership background to promote efficiency and quality improvement within the Department.
