Under the guidance of the Operating Room Clinical Nurse Manager at this full-service healthcare facility, the Clinical Charge RN of Inpatient Surgery will support in overseeing and collaborating with a 1st-rate staff totaling over 70 FTEs. The Clinical Charge Nurse of Surgical Serviceshelps to manage the day-to-day clinical operations and surgery schedule of the departments fifteen operating rooms. The Operating Room RN Charge Nurse promotes the safe and efficient delivery of patient care and high-quality nursing practices. The Surgery Unit Nurse Supervisor will assist to facilitate training and coordinating of nursing personnel to maintain those quality standards.
