Real Estate ParalegalThe applicant will be responsible for: Extensive review of title commitments, pro forma policies and loan policies; Preparation of lender loan closing documents; proofreading and editing loan documents; Nationwide post closing filing of electronic UCC Financing Statements; Handling of commercial purchase and sale transactions from contract to post-closing; Heavy client and attorney contact; Reviewing lender instructions and commercial mortgage loan commitments; Heavy calendar management and file organization; Reviewing property inspection reports, environmental reports and appraisals; Drafting purchase and sale documents, including Deeds, Affidavits of Consideration, Affidavits of Title, Consents and Resolutions; and Reviewing loan policies. Should have 2+ years of Legal background in a Real Estate setting. Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related position is needed. Paralegal certification is essential. Previous background with Mortgage Loans and Title Commitments are needed.
