POSITION DETAILS:The Director of Retail Sales purpose is to lead a multifunctional team to successfully deliver financial and efficiency based metrics over all of the Sales Operations functions in the Eastern VA market area. In addition, this person is responsible for working with Retail Partners and other key customers to obtain mutual goals.
