VP of Finance If you are a VP of Finance with background, please read on!Top Reasons to Work with UsWe are specifically looking for someone with international background with VAT and GST, preferably in China and India, and knowledge of Dynamics SL.What You Will Be DoingKey Job Elements-Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements-Coordinate financial statement audits and income tax returns--Prepare/oversee/liaise with accountants for periodic GST/HST/VAT, excise and other tax returns-Directly supervise Assistant Controller and indirectly supervise Accounts Payable Specialist-Manage daily cash position, reviewing daily activity-Prepare weekly cash flow forecast-Initiate and approve payroll-Prepare or review account reconciliations of general ledger accounts-Review and authorize (sign checks for) payments of vendors invoices-Coordinate and organize preparation of annual budget-Assist in developing presentation material for owner meetings/callsWhat You Need for this PositionBackground-Bachelors or Masters
