Excutive Underwriter/Sr Executive Underwriter - (Norwood, MA)

Underwriting Execution * Consistently exceeds assigned departmental goals and objectives * Underwrites new and renewal business, may or may not have the highest levels of Underwriting Authority among underwriting staff * Analyzes regional/assigned book of business on a quarter-by-quarter basis. Proactively formulates action plan as required and reviews with manager * Expertly applies all applicable underwriting guidelines when making account decisions as supported by Quality Management/Compliance file review scores consistently at or above expectations * Capable of underwriting the most complex business with limited involvement from manager or product/referral teams * Coaches, mentors and supports junior underwriters on team. * May review individual accounts with junior underwriters on team prior to referral.
