Quality Assurance Manager - (Columbus, GA)

Quality Assurance Manager $90-100K + Bonus + relo package - Food & Beverage Manufacturing - Position reports to the VP of Quality & Food Safety. Will be responsible to ensure food safety and quality of all ingredients packaging and finished products. To take responsibility and accountability for the safe and effective use of materials and equipment and ensure compliance with defined policies and procedures including regulatory, GMP?s, HACCP, and GFSI. SOP?s. To fulfill role of company Practitioner for a GFSI recognized Quality System developing, validating, verifying and maintaining that system. To train and mentor employees towards individual and team continuous improvements. Will lead team of 2-3 Supervisors and fifteen hourly Technicians. Min Bachelor?s degree in a Science and 4+ years food industry quality & food safety background with at least 1-two years in a plant QA leadership role.
