Job DescriptionDuration: ten month contractJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Read and understand customer test requirementsSet-up, run and record tests to identify areas for design and/or process improvementPerform a variety of testing including environmental, mechanical, and electrical stressesCreate and maintain neat, legible, organized, complete notebook records and data sheets of all testsDisassemble and re-build subassemblies and/or instrument systems by using layouts, schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructionsMaintain, modify and document changes to existing laboratory and test equipment to operate as desiredInteract with engineers on regular basis providing info and recommendations leading to conclusions that affect product designMaintain lab areaQualifications:AA degree in a technical field or better5+ years of background in product testing and laboratory environmentExperience with executing test plans and aging experimentsProven expertise to apply scientific problem-solving
