Junior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - (Columbus, OH)

Responsible for maintaining production equipment to enable teams to safely manufacture high-quality products in an efficient, timely and complete manner. Responsibilities: Operate machines, perform shift, weekly and monthly PMs. Monitor daily machine/tool performance, perform regular checks, and implement actions to improve availability and yield Work with other members of the maintenance team and other groups to continuously improve machine performance, OEE, drive product quality and manufacturing, maintenance cost improvement. Perform data analysis, recommend and/ or develop actions, and document results, generate report and present to Operations team as needed Diagnostic, troubleshooting various production machines Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies. Requirements and Background: 1-three year work background in manufacturing environment, worked in machine operation and maintenance.
