Job DescriptionWe are looking for a mid-level IT applicant with three to five years of background to join our Info Technology team responsible for supporting all aspects of our clients IT infrastructure, services and users primarily in Fresno CA area and other remote locations if needed (This is a full time position with benefits including medical, dental, paid time off and retirement package.)Non-Technical Qualifications: three to 5+ years background· Excellent customer service skills· Drivers License, means of transportation, and insurance· Expertise to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.· Expertise to meet deadlines and do well under pressure.· Outstanding written and oral communication expertise.· Strong focus on customer service and follow-up.· Friendly and helpful attitude· High attention to detail and skilled at problem analysis and troubleshooting.
