If you are inspired by this vision, read on!Our perfect candidate is an Executive Chef, or highly experienced Lead Chef, who is looking for a restaurant management role overseeing both the front and back of house background.Education/Background Qualifications:Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.Must have min 5yrs--- background as a Lead Chef in an establishment of comparable quality, with knowledge of culinary operations and quality food preparation. Familiar with OSHA, SB198, local Department of Health regulations, state liquor laws and relevant current laws governing handling of hazardous substance. Must have strong knowledge of all aspects of restaurant and bar operations and budgets, and have an overall knowledge of foods and beverages, and service standards and procedures.
