Senior Java Developer I am assisting a well-known financial technology company in the Greater Boston area with their search for a Senior or Principal Java Developer. The applicant must have seven to 10+ years of commercial software engineering background, and be skilled in developing multi-tier solutions. A min of five years of Java development background is required as well. This is a great opportunity to work with a strong, senior level engineering team with the best and brightest developers in the software industry. You will be helping the team develop exciting new products in the financial space by developing new middle tier/server side functionality for the system. Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field Sr. Individual Contributor or Architect level considered the top within their organization Min 5 yrs of professional Java development background Financial industry background is ideal but not required; specific development background of a financial application is a huge plus.
