Software Engineer - (Rancho Cordova, CA)

SOFTWARE ENGINEER, NEC Corporation of America, Rancho Cordova, CA. Plan, design, develop, & test software systems & applications for software enhancements & new products, specifically for NEC's biometrics Software products. Create & execute designs of new functionality as part of a software project for NEC's Biometrics products & write functional & design specifications including code reviews & writing, configuration, & debuggers in the software engineering process. Develop unit test code & test Biometrics software & applications for development. Develop & maintain components, frameworks, & libraries to promote code reuse, software scalability, & performance. Develop & maintain Biometrics application features, including design, coding, unit testing, documentation, & code review. Provide input to teammates to help resolve questions of Biometrics program intent, data input, output qualifications, & inclusion of internal checks & controls.
