Broad and detailed knowledge of production, engineering, and quality control methods, procedures, and techniques. Expertise to read and understand technical drawings and documents. Demonstrated expertise to lead cross-functional (Production, Engineering and Quality Control) improvement teams using principles of Lean Manufacturing and Time Standard Improvement. Excellent personal time management skill. Must be able to adjust priorities on a regular basis to meet production qualifications. Computer literate.
