Accounting Manager - (Dayton, OH)

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Dayton, OH area client to help them search and qualify applicants for their Accounting Manager position. - Must have a strong accounting background with expertise to handle all controlling and accounting for a start-up company (AP, AR, etc.) - Will consider associates degree of accounting (Prefer bachelor`s and CPA) - Need to have problem solver mentality and have a "dive in and roll up sleeves" approach - Previous management experience is not required (initially will not be managing anyone)
