Resident Assistant - Full time Willow Valley Communities is located in Lancaster, PA Cares for Residents who live independently when needed, under direction of the RN staff. Assignments include: Responding to trouble calls with RN to determine Resident's needs. Providing emergency response as needed. Assists in CPR & AED response. Maintaining records & documenting Resident Care. Assists with preparing paperwork for transfers to Supportive Living. Assists with filling out menus for Residents who are ill. Runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone as needed. Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates as directed. May check finger stick blood sugars. May check oxygen saturation with the use of a pulse oximeter. Stores, prepares and issues PPE packs, treatment trays, and other supplies. Orders, cleans, monitors and maintains medical supply equipment within the department. Maintains and orders inventory.
