We currently seek an RN Administrator for our East valley, Mesa location.The RN Administrator is responsible for the oversight of nursing services and is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the overall operations of the crisis and inpatient unit. In this role the Nursing Administrator has the supervisory responsibility over all nursing management staff to include Nursing Supervisors who provide direction for nursing services provided by each unit where the Nursing Administrator has been assigned. The Nursing Administrator is also responsible to work with the assigned Medical Director to implement medication, staffing and safety practices on each unit.
