Facilities HVAC Technician Job - (Chicago, IL)

Location: Atlanta, GA Duties and Responsibilities: Performs corrective repairs on HVAC / Refrigeration and associated equipment. Completes preventative maintenance work on HVAC / Refrigeration and associated equipment. Respond to HVAC / Refrigeration system emergencies during off hours. Prepares material and labor estimates of various jobs. Orders equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items. Initiates measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and quality of work. Coordinates with requesting department and other trades for the purpose of completing project / work orders efficiently. Maintains tools, supplies and / or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items and equipment is in safe operating condition. Prepares documentation (service records, requisitions, work performed and etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and / or conveying info.
