This beautiful surgery center is growing and expanding and looking for the proven Nursing Leader to help lead this facility.This Outpatient Surgery Center is a freestanding surgery center that specializes in Orthopedic Surgeries, Interventional Pain Management, and is expanding into Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. The Nurse Leader of Ambulatory Surgery will provide leadership and direction over seven operating rooms, across 2 different nearby cities. The average caseload at each center is anywhere from 25-40 cases a day.The Ambulatory Surgery Center Assistant Nursing Manager will report to the Surgery Center Nurse Director. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Assistant Nursing Managerwill assist in management and performance improvement efforts of the unit.
