Financial Analyst - Equipment Finance - (Milwaukee, WI)

The Financial Analyst I will assist the Commercial Relationship Managers in the development and analysis of all types of credit info to support lending decisions for the bank. They will maintain and promote a customer service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. The Financial Analyst I is accountable to maintain and support the lending process. Key Accountabilities: Ensure accuracy of financial analysis Ensure adherence to lending directives Assist in negotiations of terms and conditions of loan agreements Assist in preparation of loan proposals and commitments Develop credit details for use by commercial relationship managers in making lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans Prepare and analyze spreadsheets, financial details, financial statements and related material
