AVP/VP Project Risk Management-multilingual Chinese (Expanding Bank located in Manhattan) Responsible for the development, design, coordination, and oversight of project risk management framework, consultant assessment process and related initiatives. Main assignments include: Manage the development and implementation of the project risk management framework that includes written policies and procedures, understanding regulatory expectations, business unitrequirements, effective internal control processes and projectmanagement ability for the delivery Responsible for review and monitoring project management components, including but not limited to project charter, plan, financials, risk management and control, and execution Responsible for delivering and reporting executive status reporting from independent risk management point of view Proven background applying program and project management and process improvement best practices for large scale projects.
