Configuration Manager - (Reston, VA)

Intelligent Waves is seeking a Configuration Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position can be at the contractor site or telework with occasional travel. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Management of configuration programs to ensure that all proposed and actual changes to program technology and documentation are properly staffed, approved and tracked. Will facilitate the change notification process used for updating product and ensure notification of performing organizations or project teams of change activity. Support the VIP Release Process to release fully tested remediated application code to the production environments. Update the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) Ensure all project software and non-software artifacts are versioned according to customer standards and follow a build/release promotion versioning approach.
