Children's Ministry Director - (Torrance, CA)

Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is a family of families. The Childrens Ministry Director, while leading under the direct supervision of the Family Ministries Director (Jonathan Bell), is responsible for children from birth fifth grade. The primary goal of the Childrens Ministry Director is to lead children to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Childrens Ministry Director provides leadership for all children, works effectively with staff and volunteers to build a strong leadership team for this ministry, works to create an environment where children can be transformed for life through faith in Jesus, and begins to build a stable platform for childrens ministries to grow through discipleship.
