Construction Project Manager / Service Manager - (Livermore, CA)

On Top Construction is a commercial building GC based in Livermore, California. We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager / Service Manager. Primary assignments include: Prepare a complete estimate, the budget for the service calls, medium and small projects with a detailed review of client qualifications Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining accounts Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billings, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the superintendents, subs and service techs to ensure successfully, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer Our company has built relationships over 37 yrs and serves many repeat/referral clients nationally, building, retail, and hotels. We are a TEAM oriented company.
