Job Number: 01224425 Key Role: Define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret developmental tests for the Terminal High-Altitude Defense (THAAD) Fire Control and Communications (TFCC) testbed. Process and review TFCC test data and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Provide technical support and advice to other engineering groups and guide and direct lower-level personnel on the set-up and performance of tests. Participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs. Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments under general supervision, review progress, evaluate results, and plan and assign personnel for given projects or tasks. Recommend changes in procedures, operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and review progress with management.
