Position : Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location : Geismar, LA (70734) Responsibilities: Support Sales Reps in safety product industry, answers customer phone calls, and processes sales orders. Follows up on customer orders, ensuring product is ordered, shipped and delivered. Resolves customer problems. Internet Sales Processing -- Research with vendors to find non-stock products. Contact customer to process sales orders. Administrative/Accounting -- As required and needed. The CRS will be responsible for maintaining a good knowledge of our products and services, promoting customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service. Initiate sales and be capable of effectively cross-selling products and services to customers. Need to handle will call , shipping & receiving, lift 50 lbs and keep inventory of consumables. Requirements: • Address customer challenges with professionalism, answering customer questions and investigating & correcting errors.
