Job Number: 01225488 Key Role: Administer, organize, and conduct training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitor the effectiveness of the programs. Design and develop in-house programs at senior levels, as required. Work under general supervision, plan, conduct, and supervise assignments, review progress, and evaluate results. Plan and assign personnel for given projects or tasks. Assist with the review and evaluation of personnel performance, interpret and apply organization policy, and recommend changes in procedures. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and review progress with management.
