Description Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef. Requirements Requires great communication abilities. two years of previous culinary experience desired. Previous pastry experience wanted. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Applicants should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen. Requires moderate supervision and training. Applicant must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift, push, and carry moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
