Human Resource Business Partner - (New York, NY)

Medidata Solutions is seeking to locate a Human Resource Business Partner for their Sales team. As part of the Human Resources Department, the Human Resource Business Partner will have a key role in shaping HR COE strategy, driving HR capability and efficiency, and supporting global optimization across the enterprise. The Human Resource Business Partner will partner with HR associates and related business teams to serve as the subject matter expert for all HR metrics, analytics, and data strategy. The role will have a heavy business facing presence as it relates to data collection and delivery, but will also maintain and ensure quality control by engaging in aspects of HR system administration. The Human Resource Business Partner must be able to work both individually, and as a valued partner across teams, to help drive the HR reporting strategy and related processes. The individual must be highly organized with very strong analytical, technical and collaboration skills.
