Human Resources Manager - (Las Vegas, NV)

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Las Vegas facility. The successful candidate will report directly to our Corporate HR leadership in Michigan. Qualified candidates will: - Compile reporting and audit detail on plan participation, premiums, claim payments and other data in monitoring of healthcare plans - Lead annual open enrollment and other communication initiatives to create awareness and drive engagement - Must have current knowledge with respect to DOT including: qualification processes for drivers, federal and state DOT regulations, random testing, etc. - Manage and communicate benefit, retirement and wellness programs ensuring statutory compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, OSHA and HIPAA, oversee audits and administering of LOA programs - Work with managers and corporate office to ensure locations receive communications, guidance and support with regard to implementing and maintaining company practices and procedures.
