Quality Control Technician - (Sullivan, MO)

Aerofil Technology, Inc. (ATI) is a LEAN continuous improvement culture with over 500 full time employees and seventeen production lines. As a global market place leader in LEAN contract Packaging we are currently in need of outstanding Quality Control Technicians for multiple shifts. Ideal candidates must have safety as number 1 priority and be able to assume the following responsibilities: Audit the Value Stream lines at established intervals. Print Measure Link charts for variables and attributes deemed critical by the customer. Assist production in troubleshooting issues on the line and make recommendations for corrective action. Post the Value Stream production Schedule. Organize and coordinate any SFO needed for Pre/Post production. Monitor paperwork completion on line, including restocks, quality paperwork, and scrap paperwork. Validate and prepare daily quality start-up checklist. Close all shop orders as necessary. Calibration of measuring and test equipment for the lab and production areas.
