Customer Service Representative- Indianapolis - (Indianapolis, IN)

Position title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Department: Call Center Reports To: Call Center Operations Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt SUMMARY The CSR carries out responsibilities associated with dispatch including customer service, answering phones, scheduling work, educating customers on all of our services, dispatching work out to the field, and project-related duties. The CSR will possess exceptional troubleshooting and time organizational skills, and be willing and able to learn new procedures and technologies to supplement their existing skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive incoming and make outbound phone calls through call center phone software. Provide exceptional customer service for customers. Schedule work and request price quotes / estimates for customers. Take quality assurance calls from customers and notify proper field staff. Educate customers on all of our services, and answer questions from customers as needed.
