The perfect candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, and relevant patent prosecution background. Responsibilities include preparing patentability searches, patent applications for filing with the USPTO, drafting Office Action responses, and partnering with firm colleagues and client representatives regarding an array of new and exciting technologies. Must also hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which they are admitted to practice.
